What is a Soul Friend?

A Soul Friend is a friend who cares for your soul.  Easy as that!  It’s the kind of friend who asks you how you are doing and is really meaning, “How are you doing with God?  Are you growing spiritually?  Are you becoming more like Jesus every day?  Are you seeking Him?  Are you staying close to Him?  Are you reading your Bible and spending time with God?”

It’s the kind of friend who cares about the nitty-gritty of the inside of you, and loves you whether you are doing well or not.  She prays for you, and shares truth with you.  She speaks encouraging words and always points you back to Jesus.
